Day 25
You have data. Your quiet launch revealed weak spots or targeting that missed the mark. Now, let’s get into surgical fixes that matter. You’re going to sharpen the blade before war.
This is your correction window. Tomorrow starts the public launch countdown, so whatever you fix today needs to be precise, confident, and fast.
To achieve this, you must understand these principles:
Leverage-First Thinking: Not all changes are created equal. A single messaging adjustment might unlock 10x more engagement than rebuilding your entire user interface. Your job is to identify the highest-leverage modifications that will create a disproportionate impact with minimal resource investment.
Signal Preservation: While iterating, you must protect the elements that generated positive signals during your quiet launch. Change what's broken, but don't fix what isn't.
Momentum Maintenance: Every iteration decision should either accelerate your existing momentum or redirect it more effectively toward your target market. Changes that require starting from zero are rarely worth the cost, especially at this stage of your journey.
The Three Pillars of Strategic Iteration
Based on your launch data, let’s see what you should do about your frictions.
1. Signal-Based Refinement:
Onboarding Flow Optimization: If people visited but didn't convert, your onboarding has friction. Use AI to analyze user journeys and identify the exact moment of dropout.
Preview Note: This is just the opening of chapter 25. The full chapter helps you fix weak spots before your first launch.
